摘要
目的:观察眼针配合逍遥散治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30组,两组均用逍遥散治疗。治疗组加用眼针治疗,眼针均双侧取穴,主穴取肝区、心区,配穴取脾区、肾区等。比较两组SDS评分、HAMD评分及总有效率。结果:治愈率、总有效率治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组SDS评分、HAMD评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且各项评分改变治疗组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:眼针配合逍遥散治疗中风后抑郁疗效较好,能有效减轻抑郁症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Xiaoyao Powder,and the treatment group were treated with eye acupuncture in addition.The eye acupuncture points were needled at both sides.The main points were taken at the liver and heart areas,and the coordination points were taken at the spleen and kidney areas.SDS score,HAMD score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The curative rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SDS scores and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the changes in the scores of the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eye acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Powder has a good effect in treating post-stroke depression and can effectively reduce depression symptoms.
