广西大厂矿区3~6岁儿童尿砷与身体发育状态的相关性

摘要 目的:分析广西大厂矿区环境污染暴露下儿童尿砷水平,以揭示环境污染暴露条件下儿童健康风险的大小。方法:采集某矿区180名3~6岁儿童晨尿样品,对尿样进行预处理后,用电感耦合等离子发射光谱-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定尿液中砷的含量。结果:经肌酐校正的尿砷呈正偏态分布;经肌酐校正尿砷平均值、中位值以及尿砷95%上限分别为79.05μg/gCr、54.94μg/gCr、98.04μg/gCr;结论:该矿区环境污染暴露下儿童尿砷水平95%上限均未超过国家规定广西砷中毒参考界限水平,儿童尿砷含量对身体发育有显著影响。 The objective is to reveal the health risk of children exposed to environmental pollution in a mining area of Guangxi by analyzing the level of urine arsenic area.Methods:180 samples of morning urine of 3~6 years old children in an area of Guangxi were collected,the urine sample was pretreated and digested,and the content of arsenic was determined by inductively coupled plasma Mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results:The observed and adjusted urine arsenic showed positive skewed distributions,the adjusted average urinary arsenic level,median value and urine arsenic 95%upper limit respectively were 79.05μg/gCr,54.94μg/gCr,98.04μg/gCr;Conclusion:The 95% upper limit of urine arsenic level in children exposed to environmental pollution in a mining area of Guangxi did not exceed the national standard of arsenic poisoning,the correlation analysis showed that urine arsenic content was positive correlated with age,height and weight,and had significant difference with body weight.
