摘要
基于既有的相关研究,构建文化产业与旅游产业综合评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型和固定效应回归模型,测算2006—2018年黄河流域九省(区)文化产业与旅游产业的耦合协调度及其影响因素。研究发现:黄河流域文化产业与旅游产业的综合发展水平整体呈现出不断上升的趋势,且各省(区)之间存在较大差异,但旅游产业的综合发展水平和增长速度均显著高于文化产业;黄河流域文化产业与旅游产业的耦合协调度呈现出稳步上升的趋势,但耦合协调度整体处于中等偏下水平,耦合协调等级普遍偏低,且区域间的耦合协调度差异显著;各影响因素对黄河流域文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调发展的作用存在差异。据此,提出推进核心城市群发展以强化辐射带动效应,紧扣消费市场动向以强化需求驱动效应,大力发展高新技术以强化技术创新效应等对策,以推进黄河流域文化的保护传承与旅游产业的高质量发展。
Based on the existing research literature,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of cultural industry and tourism industry,the coupling coordination degree model and fixed-effect regression model are used to measure the coupling coordination degree and influencing factors of culture industry and tourism industry in the 9 provinces of the Yellow river basin from 2006 to 2018.The research finds that the overall comprehensive development level of tourism industry in each province has an overall upward trend,and there are significant differences between regions,but the growth rate of the tourism industry is significantly higher than that of the culture industry.The coupling coordination degree of the two major systems shows a steady upward trend,but the coupling coordination degree of the two industries in the Yellow river basin is generally at a lower-middle level,the coupling coordination level is generally low,and the coupling coordination degree between regions is significantly different.There are differences in the effects of influencing factors on the coupling coordination development of the cultural industry and tourism industry in the Yellow river basin.Accordingly,some countermeasures are put forward,such as promoting the development of core urban agglomerations to enhance the radiation capacity of cities,keeping up with consumer market trends to strengthen demand-driven effects and vigorously developing high-tech to strengthen technological innovation effects,so as to promoting the protection of the culture and the high-quality development of the tourism industry of the Yellow river basin.
