摘要
在我国经济发展新形势下,市场衡量人才的标准出现了较大转变,要求人才具备较强的专业能力、扎实的知识基础、较高的道德水平和良好的职业素养,思政教育作为高校育人的关键组成部分,其可以帮助学生更好的融入到社会生产和岗位生产中,对学生未来发展具有积极意义。本文主要针对新时期高校思政教育存在的问题进行分析和探究,并且提出相关优化对策,希望给予我国相关教育同仁以些许参考和借鉴。
In the new situation of China’s economic development, the standard of measuring talents in the market has changed greatly, which requires talents to have strong professional ability, solid knowledge base, high moral level and good professional quality. Ideological and political education, as a key part of college education, can help students better integrate into social production and post production, and promote students’ future development, and it has positive significance. This paper mainly analyzes and explores the problems existing in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period, and puts forward relevant optimization countermeasures, hoping to give some reference and reference to the relevant education colleagues in China.
