摘要
研究了复掺沸石粉和玻璃粉对混凝土抗压强度、干燥收缩、抗碳化和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和压汞仪分析混凝土的微观结构。结果表明,复掺沸石粉和玻璃粉会降低混凝土的早期抗压强度和干燥收缩,后期能有效提高混凝土的抗压强度、抗碳化和抗氯离子渗透性能,其增强效果随沸石粉掺量提高而提高。复掺沸石粉和玻璃粉能提高混凝土的密实度,降低孔隙率,改善骨料与水泥基体的界面结构,从而提高混凝土的综合性能。
The effects of zeolite powder and glass powder on the the compressive strength,drying shrinkage,carbonization resistance and resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete were investigated.The microstructures of concrete were also analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP).The results show that the combined addition of zeolite powder and glass powder can decrease the early compressive strength and drying shrinkage of concrete;However,the late compressive strengths,carbonization resistance and resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete are developed.The combined addition of zeolite powder and glass powder can improve the compaction degree of concrete,reduce the porosity and enhance the interface structure between aggregate and cement matrix.Therefore,the comprehensive properties of concrete are improved.
