摘要
肠道菌群具有参与机体能量代谢、免疫调节的作用,其结构和功能的失衡与代谢性疾病、心血管疾病、肠道疾病等的发生发展密切相关。肠道菌群的代谢产物,如短链脂肪酸、氧化三甲胺、胆汁酸、吲哚及其衍生物等,对机体病理状态有调控作用,是肠道菌群改善疾病的进展及预后的关键因子。维护肠道菌群平衡及调控代谢产物生成是中药作用机制研究的新途径和热点。本章将系统阐述肠道菌群代谢产物参与机体生理病理过程,以及中药对不同种类代谢产物的调节作用,为中药通过肠道菌群防治心血管和代谢疾病的研究提供思路和参考。
Gut microbiota is involved in regulation on energy metabolism and immune regulation.Compositional changes in gut microbiota and its dysfunction is related to the occurrence and development of metabolic diseases,cardiovascular diseases,intestinal diseases,etc.Gut microbiota-dependent metabolites,including short-chain fatty acid,trimethylamine-N-oxide,and indole and its derivatives,are critical regulators entangled in treatment and prevention of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases considering their constitutive ability to modulate pathophysiological processes.Maintaining gut microbiota composition and regulating its dependent metabolites has been the novel mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the participation of gut microbial metabolites in physiological and pathological processes was systematically expounded,and the treatment of gut microbiota dysfunction and metabolites associated disorders by traditional Chinese medicine was proposed.In all,the regulation of gut microbiota and metabolites by traditional Chinese medicine may be an essential target for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases.
