摘要
高职学生面临的就业形势十分严峻,他们的竞争对手不仅包括高等学府的毕业生,而且还有社会上海量的劳动者。要想在激烈的就业竞争中脱颖而出,高职学生必须具有较强的职业能力,这也是其得以立足于社会的根本。然而从高职英语教学现状来看,其中暴露出的问题较多。对于高职学生职业能力的培养缺乏应有重视,导致其就业竞争力被大大削弱,职业发展前景不容乐观。该文将探讨和研究高职英语教学改革的必要性,并针对当前实际教学中存在的问题制定相应的解决对策,旨在对学生的职业能力加以培养,促进学生专业素质和职业素质的协同发展,从而为学生的就业创业打下坚实的基础。
The employment situation faced by higher vocational students is very severe.Their competitors include not only graduates from higher education institutions,but also a large number of workers in society.If they want to stand out in the fierce employment competition,they must have strong professional ability,which is also the foundation for them to gain a foothold in society.However,from the current situation of higher vocational English teaching,there are many problems exposed.The lack of attention to the cultivation of students'professional ability has caused the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students to be greatly weakened,and their career development prospects are not optimistic.This paper will discuss and study the necessity of higher vocational English teaching reform,and formulate corresponding solutions to the problems in the current practical teaching,aiming to cultivate students'professional ability and promote the coordinated development of students'professional quality and professional quality,so as to lay a solid foundation for their employment and entrepreneurship.
