摘要
一般情况下煤矿1台轴流对旋主通风机内有2台驱动电机,2台电机一次性全部更换至少需要15 h。在此期间,矿井整个通风系统处于单风机运行状态,矿井随时处于停风的危险之中。尤其是高突矿井,单风机运行期间不能组织生产。针对主通风机更换电机施工时间较长的问题,维保中心通过研究影响更换电机施工进度的关键因素,采用了单代号搭接网络计划分析方法对总进度目标进行了深入研究,得出了采用一定的技术措施就可以缩短更换电机施工进度关键线路持续时间的结论。煤矿主要通风机电机快速更换施工工艺的研究和相对应的技术措施对解决同类施工进度问题具有借鉴意义,对降低矿井安全风险、提高经济效益有着重要作用。
Generally,there are two driving motors in one axial-flow counter rotating main fan in coal mine,and it takes at least 15 hours to replace all the two motors at one time.During this period,the whole ventilation system of the mine is in the state of single fan operation,and the mine is in the danger of wind stopping at any time.Especially in high outburst mine,production can not be organized during single fan operation.In view of the long construction time of replacing the main fan motor,the maintenance center studies the key factors affecting the construction progress of replacing the motor,adopts the single code overlapping network plan analysis method to conduct in-depth research on the overall progress target,and draws the conclusion that the key line duration of replacing the motor construction progress can be shortened by adopting certain technical measures.The research methods and corresponding technical measures of the rapid replacement construction technology of the main fan motor in coal mine have reference significance for solving the similar construction progress problems,reducing the mine safety risk and improving the economic benefit.
