摘要
以煤矿智能化建设和鹤壁矿区煤层赋存特点为工程背景,介绍了鹤煤公司煤矿智能化建设现状、规划及目标,提出了大倾角放顶煤智能化工作面建设实施方案,设计了综放智能化工作面设备配置、综放工作面智能化控制系统、液压支架电液控制系统、工作面视频系统、巷道集控中心、工作面原煤破碎运输集中控制系统、乳化液保障系统和地面监控中心8个方面的建设方案。基于此,分析了大倾角放顶煤智能化工作面建设难点,并提出了相应对策。研究有利于推进鹤煤公司以及全国煤矿智能化建设。
Based on the engineering background of the intelligent construction of coal mines and the occurrence of coal seams in the Hebi mining area,this paper introduced the current situation,planning and goals of the intelligent construction of Hebi Coal Company coal mines,put forward the implementation plan for the construction of intelligent working face with large inclination caving coal,and designed fully-mechanized caving intelligent working face equipment configuration,fully-mechanized caving face intelligent control system,hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system,working face video system,roadway centralized control center,working face raw coal crushing transportation centralized control system,emulsion security system and ground monitoring center based on the eight aspects of the construction plan,the difficulties in the construction of the intelligent working face of the large-incline top coal caving were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed,which would help promote the intelligent construction of the Hemei Coal Company and the national coal mines.
