基于气相色谱法的食用向日葵葵籽含油量及脂肪酸组成研究 被引量:1

摘要 收集12类不同品种食用向日葵葵籽为测试材料,测定不同样品千粒重、出仁率与含油量,在食用向日葵葵籽样品中滴加甲酯化剂进行气相色谱检测,依据标准品总峰面积确定食用向日葵葵籽出油率,利用气相色谱法检测材料样品脂肪酸组成及相对含量。分析结果显示:食用向日葵葵籽千粒重为43.37 g~205.87 g、出仁率为43.84%~75.59%;食用向日葵葵籽含油量33.08%~41.26%,出油率与含油量相比差距为1%左右。食用向日葵葵籽样品脂肪酸甲酯总离子图内出峰时间说明脂肪酸组成成分主要包括棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸以及亚油酸,其中亚油酸相对含量较高,基本达到50%以上。 Twelve kinds of edible sunflower seeds were collected as test materials.The 1000 grain weight,kernel yield and oil content of different samples were determined.Methyl esters were added to edible sunflower seeds for gas chromatography detection.The oil yield of edible sunflower seeds was determined according to the total peak area of the standard samples.The fatty acid composition and relative content of the samples were detected by gas chromatography.The results showed that the 1000 grain weight of edible sunflower seeds ranged from 43.37 g to 205.87 g,and the kernel yield ranged from 43.84%to 75.59%;the oil content of edible sunflower seeds ranged from 33.08%to 41.26%,and the difference between oil yield and oil content was about 1%.The peak time in the total ion diagram of fatty acid methyl ester in edible sunflower seeds showed that the fatty acid composition mainly included palmitic acid,stearic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid.The relative content of linoleic acid was higher,which was more than 50%.
