摘要
为了新疆亚麻地方种的选育和改良提供理论依据,本研究采用对来自新疆各地的亚麻地方种性状的多元统计分析,包括变异系数、主成分分析、相关性分析和聚类分析。结果表明,新疆亚麻地方种资源存在较大差异,多样性比较丰富。主成分分析中,株高会影响构成亚麻产量的因子(蒴果数,果粒数,每株粒重和千粒重),亚麻的分枝数和株高都不能过多或过高,这不仅会影响工艺长度还会影响亚麻产量因子而且发现株高、生育期、分枝数、工艺长度、每株粒重、分枝数、千粒重和果粒数的相关程度较高。因此,在新疆亚麻地方种在选育时,可作为理论性数据参考,为亚麻品种选育和亲本的选择提供一定基础。
In order to provide theoretical basis for the breeding and improvement of local flax varieties in Xinjiang,the coefficient of variation,principal component analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used for the traits of local flax varieties from different parts of Xinjiang.The results showed that there were great differences and abundant diversity in the local flax resources in Xinjiang.In the principal component analysis,plant height will affect the factors of flax yield(capsule number,fruit grain number,grain weight per plant and 1000-grain weight),and the number of branches and plant height can not be too high or too high,which will not only affect the process length but also affect the yield factors of flax.The correlation degree of plant height,growth period,number of branches,technological length,grain weight per plant,number of branches,1000-grain weight and number of fruit grains is relatively high.These characters provide theoretical data for resource development and utilization and selection of breeding parents.Therefore,plant height,growth period,number of branches,technological length,grain weight per plant,number of branches,1000-grain weight and number of fruits and grains can be used as data reference in the selection of local flax varieties in Xinjiang,which can provide theoretical basis for the selection of flax varieties and parents.
