油田回注水质节点管理法简析 被引量:1

摘要 随着油田开发的逐步深入,为了满足油田精细开发向精准开发的转变,对注水水质提出了越来越高的要求。大庆油田第五采油厂杏四联合站结合自身工艺特点,摸索应用了节点管理法,把油、水系统看作一个连续的水质管理链,通过明确每个节点的管理指标及管理办法,实现节点达标则系统达标的目的,并将节点管理的成果应用在全厂其他站场,做到了“因站而异、个性优化”,从而使水质管理水平得到较大提升。同时为了深化管理成果,制定了6项水质管理保障措施,通过完善管理体系、加大改造力度、注重科技攻关、提高团队素质,有效保证了节点管理法实施效果,实现了油田回注水质持续稳定达标。节点管理法在工艺流程基本没有改变的情况下实现了水质达标,证实了坚持深入挖潜节点管理是提升油田开发管理水平的有效途径。 With the gradual deepening of oilfield development,in order to meet the transformation of fine oilfield development to precise oilfield development,more and more high requirements are putting forward for water injection quality.Combined with its own process characteristics,Daqing Oilfield No.5 Oil Production Plant explored and applied the node management method in Xingsi combined station.The oil and water system is regarded as a continuous water quality management chain.By defining the management indicators and management methods of each node,the goal that if the node reaches the standard,the system reaches the standard is achieved,and the achievement of node management is applied in other stations of the whole plant,achieving the goal of“different stations,individual optimization”,so as to improve the water quality management level.At the same time,in order to deepen the management results,six safeguard measures of water quality management have been defined.Through improving the management system,increasing the transformation efforts,focusing on scientific and technological research,and improving the quality of the team,the implementation effect of node management method has been effectively guaranteed,and the water quality of re-injection in the oilfield is continuously and stably reached the standard.Using node management method can meet the water quality standard under the condition that the technological process is basically unchanged,which proves that the effective way to improve the level of oilfield development management is to insist on digging the potential of node management.
