摘要
共情能力是医师职业精神培养中的根基。选择2018年4月~12月在北京大学人民医院内分泌科进行临床见习的临床医学专业八年制学生42人,随机分为试验组(21人)和对照组(21人)。试验组在传统教学方法的基础上,采用情境模拟的方式,让学生体验糖尿病自我血糖监测和饮食日记的记录,对照组采用传统教学方法。教学结束后利用Jefferson共情量表—医学专业学生版对两组学生的共情能力进行对比。试验组在教学结束后进行的JSE-HPS问卷得分为(128.2±1.7)分,高于对照组的(115.6±1.4)分,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究显示情境模拟训练能够提高医学生的共情能力,为职业精神的培养做出良好的铺垫。
Empathy is the foundation of medical professionalism.In this study,42 clinical medicine students who were undergoing clinical probation in the endocrinology department of Peking University People's Hospital from April to December 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into a trial group(n=21)and a control group(n=21).On the basis of traditional teaching methods,the trial group were introduced situational simulation to experience diabetes self-monitoring of blood glucose and diet recording.The control group used traditional teaching method.The Jefferson Empathy Scale-Medical Student Version(JSE-HPS)was used to compare the empathy abilities of the two groups after teaching.The score of the JSE-HPS questionnaire in the trial group was(128.2±1.7),which was higher than the control group's(115.6±1.4),and the score had statistical significance(P<0.01).This study showed that the situational simulation teaching method could improve the empathy ability of medical students and pave the way for the cultivation of professionalism.
