我国绿色数据中心的政策、标准与发展展望 被引量:9

摘要 数据中心是新型基础设施建设的重要内容之一。但由于绿色数据中心发展刚刚起步,业界对其内涵、衡量标准和发展方向存有诸多讨论。文章通过绿色数据中心内涵与定义的分析,指出绿色数据中心在全生命期内,具有运行可靠、资源节约、能效提高、环境友好、人员关怀等内涵特征。通过推进绿色数据中心发展的相关政策分析,指出目前我国已形成了绿色数据中心的起步引领、试点并行、技术推广、绿色改造、标准制订等政策支持发展态势;对三部绿色数据中心技术标准进行了总结和分析;最后指出了绿色数据中心的发展方向。以期通过本文梳理绿色数据中心的有关问题,捋顺发展现状,为其发展提供参考和借鉴。 Data center is one of the important parts of the construction of new infrastructure. However, since the development of green data centers has just started, there are many discussions about the connotation, measurement criteria and development direction in the industry. In this paper, through the analysis of the connotation and definition of the green data center, it is pointed out that the green data center has the connotative characteristics of reliable operation, resource conservation, energy efficiency improvement, environmental friendliness, and staff care during its whole life cycle. The related policies which are useful to promote the development of the green data center are analyzed, and it shows that the policy supporting pattern of green data center has formed at present in China, such as starting leading, pilot parallel, technology promotion, green transformation, standard formulation, etc. The technical standards of three green data centers are summarized and analyzed. Finally, the development direction of the green data center is indicated. In order to provide reference for the development of green data center, this paper aims to sort out the relevant problems of green data center and clarify the development status quo.
