大采高工作面采场煤壁柔性加固技术应用研究

摘要 为探究大采高强扰动工作面煤壁片帮的控制方法,以李村煤矿1306综采面为工程背景,研究了"棕绳+注浆"的柔性加固技术。现场应用实践显示煤壁片帮的深度、高度和范围均大幅度减小,工作面片帮处理时间降低72%,日产量提高30.1%,采场人员和设备的安全性得到了保障,满足了1306工作面技术经济效益要求。 In order to explore the control method of the coal wall of the high-strength disturbed working face,this paper studies the flexible reinforcement technology of "brown rope+grouting" based on the engineering background of the 1306 comprehensive mining face of Licun Coal Mine.The field application shows that the depth,height and range of the coal are greatly reduced,the processing time of the working face wall is reduced by 72%,and the daily output is increased by 30.1%.The safety of the staff and equipment in the stope is guaranteed,which meets the requirements,and the technical and economic benefits of the 1306 working face are required.
