摘要
目的:评估2型糖尿病患者临床护理过程中运用综合护理干预服务所取得的护理效果以及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年12月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实行综合护理干预服务,对照组实行一般护理干预服务,记录护理干预服务效果满意总体计算值,并测评患者睡眠质量量表分数。结果:观察组护理干预服务效果满意总体计算值较对照组计算数据内容加大,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理干预后睡眠质量量表分数较对照组计算数据内容减小,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预服务具有显著的临床效果,对于提升患者睡眠质量也有着不可替代的作用,值得在临床护理中应用和推广。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes and its influence on their sleep quality. Methods: A total of 82 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Bengbu First People’s Hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 41 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention service,and the reference group received general nursing intervention service. The overall calculated value of satisfactory nursing intervention service effect was recorded,and the scores of the patients’ sleep quality scale were evaluated. Results: The overall calculated value of satisfactory nursing intervention service effect in the observation group was larger than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After nursing intervention,the score of sleep quality scale in the observation group decreased compared with the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention services for patients with type 2 diabetes has a significant clinical effect,and has an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of sleep in patients,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing.
