摘要
针对某厂在回收分金后液中有价金属的过程中出现的沉金效果不稳定,粗金粉中杂质偏多、难过滤、分离成本高,后续碲的精制过程中价态频繁转换等问题,对分金后液处理工艺进行了扩大化试验研究。得到优化的工艺流程和操作参数,实现高效回收分金后液中的有价金属,减少后续处理流程,从而达到提高冶炼厂生产效率和降低生产成本的目的。
For problems occurred in the recovery of valuable metals after gold leaching in a factory,such as unstable metal deposit,excess impurities in coarse gold powder,filtration difficulty,high separation cost,and frequent switch of valence state during purification of subsequent tellurium,scale-up research is conducted for the solution treatment process after gold leaching.Optimized process flow and operating parameters are obtained.Efficient recovery is achieved for valuable metals after gold leaching,which reduces subsequent flows,improves the productivity of the smelter,and reduces the operating cost.
