摘要
中国联通潮州分公司遵守集团公司的统一部署,为降低运营商的资本性支出(Capital Expenditure,CAPEX)和日常支出(Operating Expense,OPEX),加快建网节奏,缩短网络建设周期,增加运营商网络覆盖范围,降低网络整体TCO,持续提升网络效益和资产运营效率,进行了联通电信LTE网络共享。潮州联通在共建共享4G小区开通前进行网络指标和用户感知速率的评估,根据开通后现场和指标监控发现的问题进行优化,提升覆盖范围的同时保障了用户感知速率。在NSA网络架构中,为保障5G用户优先享用5G网络,对现网4G站点开启锚点优先功能,提高了用户对5G的网络感知度。
