共建共享问题及网络优化分析

摘要 中国联通潮州分公司遵守集团公司的统一部署,为降低运营商的资本性支出(Capital Expenditure,CAPEX)和日常支出(Operating Expense,OPEX),加快建网节奏,缩短网络建设周期,增加运营商网络覆盖范围,降低网络整体TCO,持续提升网络效益和资产运营效率,进行了联通电信LTE网络共享。潮州联通在共建共享4G小区开通前进行网络指标和用户感知速率的评估,根据开通后现场和指标监控发现的问题进行优化,提升覆盖范围的同时保障了用户感知速率。在NSA网络架构中,为保障5G用户优先享用5G网络,对现网4G站点开启锚点优先功能,提高了用户对5G的网络感知度。 The article is mainly about China Unicom Chaozhou Branch’s compliance with the unified deployment of the group company to reduce the operator’s Capital Expenditure(CAPEX)and Operating Expense(OPEX),accelerate the pace of network construction,shorten the cycle of network construction,and increase the network coverage of operators,reduce the overall network TCO,continue to improve network efficiency and asset operation efficiency,and share unicom telecom’s LTE network;Chaozhou Unicom will evaluate network indicators and user perception rates before the opening of the co-built and shared 4G community.monitor the site and indicators after opening Find existing problems to optimize,improve wide coverage while ensuring user perception rate.in the NSA network architecture,to ensure that 5G users preferentially enjoy 5G networks,the anchor priority function is enabled for 4G sites on the existing network to improve users’awareness of 5G networks.
