基于电力大数据的客户用电可靠性评估研究

摘要 用电可靠性是营商环境“获得电力”评价指标体系的一个重要指标,也是电力企业服务质量的重要体现。依据世界银行“获得电力”中供电可靠性的评价方法,提出一套基于客户感知的用电可靠性评价指标体系和基于主客观赋权法的客户用电可靠性综合评估方法,并通过实例验证了指标体系和评估方法的有效性。 Reliability of electricity consumption is an important indicator of the“acquisition of electricity”evaluation index system in the business environment,and it is also an important means for power companies to improve service quality.According to the evaluation method of power supply reliability in the world bank's“access to electricity”,a set of evaluation index system of power consumption reliability based on customer perception and a comprehensive evaluation method of customer power consumption reliability based on subjective and objective weighting method are proposed,and the effectiveness of the index system and evaluation method is verified by an example.
