摘要
以多种丙烯酸酯单体为原料合成一种相对分子质量为10 000 g/mol左右、玻璃化转变温度为70℃左右的含有叔胺基聚丙烯酸酯树脂(MBD),并将MBD加入聚氨酯反应型热熔胶(PURHMA)中,制备了含有MBD树脂的PURHMA。采用差示扫描量热法、扫描电镜和拉伸测试等对PURHMA进行了表征。研究结果表明:MBD树脂的添加量、官能团种类和含量对PURHMA的形态结构和粘接性能都有影响。添加MBD树脂后,PURHMA具有更高的初粘强度与更短的开放时间;加入含有叔胺基MBD树脂能显著提高PURHMA在金属基材与聚丙烯基材上的粘接强度。
A kind of polyacrylate resin containing tertiary amino group(MBD)with relative molecular weight of about 10 000 g/mol and glass transition temperature of about 70 ℃ was synthesized from a variety of acrylate monomers as raw material. Furthermore,MBD was added into reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive(PURHMA)to prepare PURHMA containing MBD resin. PURHMA was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry,scanning electron microscopy and tensile test. The research results showed that the addition amount of MBD resin,the type and content of functional group had influence on the morphology and bonding properties of PURHMA.After adding MBD resin,PURHMA had higher initial bonding strength and shorter opening time. The addition of MBD resin containing tertiary amino group could significantly improve the bonding strength of PURHMA on metal substrate and polypropylene substrate.
