摘要
地震等重特大自然灾害发生后,灾区通信中断成为影响现场应急救援行动效率的重大挑战。中国地震应急搜救中心作为两支国家救援队的重要技术支撑和装备保障单位,结合自身多年国内外地震等自然灾害现场工作经验,开展了应急通信卫星装备的高海拔极端环境测试工作。本文在梳理当前主流卫星通信系统及装备发展现状的基础上,介绍了本次高海拔测试线路及工作内容及其设计依据,总结了整个测试过程并给出了详细的测试结果和结论。本文的研究内容实现了未来装备极端条件测试工作的重要探索,测试成果对下一步应急救援装备列装、关键技术攻关和标准规范制定具有重要参考价值。
After large-scale natural disasters such as earthquake,communication breakdown poses a great challenge for the emergency rescue operations.As a powerful backing in technique and equipment for the two national rescue teams,National Earthquake Response Support Service carried out tests on emergency communication satellite equipment in high-altitude extreme environment based on its years of experience in the field of natural disasters such as earthquakes at home and abroad.On the basis of status quo and development of the mainstream satellite communication system and equipment,this paper introduces the circuit,content and design basis of this high-altitude test,outlines the test process and gives detailed results and conclusions.The research is an important step to explore the extreme-environment test of future equipment,and the results are of great value for the emergency rescue equipment array,key technology research and standard specification formulation in the future.
