品管圈在急性胰腺炎临床营养治疗持续质量管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨品管圈在急性胰腺炎患者临床营养治疗持续质量管理中的应用效果。方法将品管圈活动引入临床营养科的持续质量管理工作中,按照品管圈活动的11个步骤对肝胆外二科收治的急性胰腺炎患者进行临床营养治疗。结果与结论将品管圈应用到临床营养治疗持续质量管理中,有可行性和必要性。且提高了临床营养科和肝胆外科医护人员的协作及质控管理水平。 Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)in the continuous quality management of clinical nutrition treatment in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods The QCC activities were introduced into the continuous quality management of clinical nutrition department.According to the 11 steps of QCC activities,the patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Second Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery were given clinical nutrition treatment.Results and Conclusion It is feasible and necessary to apply QCC to continuous quality management of clinical nutrition therapy.The cooperation and quality control management level of staff in the department of clinical nutrition and department of hepatobiliary surgery were improved.
