摘要 人工清理水泥库筒仓是一种作业劳动强且危险系数高的特种作业。在人工清理过程中,手持式作业清库工具适用性差,清理效率低。针对水泥库筒仓清理机器人的工作环境及功能要求进行分析,设计控制系统和检测系统的工作流程。控制系统通过PLC控制实现自动清理水泥筒仓库内壁积料,检测系统实时检测清库过程。水泥库筒仓清理机器人能够在无人入库的情况下进行库内操作,实现远程控制,其自动化的实现将积料清库引领向了一个新方式,通过全自动控制系统,达到安全清库的目的。 With high labor intensity and high risk, the traditional cleaning of cement silo is a kind of special operation. During manual cleaning, general job inventory tools are poorly suitable and inefficient to clean up. The working environment and functional requirements of cement silo cleaning robot were analyzed,and the workflow of control system and detection system was designed. The control system could automatically clean the accumulated materials on the inner wall of the cement silo through PLC’s control, and the detection system could detect the cleaning process in real time. The cement silo cleaning robot could operate or remotely controlin the silo without people entering the silo. The realization of its automation leads the descaling and silo cleaning to a new way. Through the fully automatic control system, safe operation will be truly achieved.
