摘要
目的对在普外科护理管理工作中应用层级管理制度的效果进行探究。方法选择该院普外科的护理人员32名作为该次研究纳入的对象,以2017年1月—2018年1月未实施层级管理前为常规管理组,以2018年2月—2019年2月实施层级管理制度后为层级管理组,对两组的护理质量进行观察和比较。结果常规管理组的护理文书为(81.4±4.7)分,护理安全为(83.1±7.1)分,护理操作为(82.6±5.5)分,病区管理为(77.2±5.2)分,病情观察为(82.5±8.4)分,护理措施落实为(80.5±7.2)分,健康教育为(81.8±6.5)分;层级管理组的护理文书为(94.6±1.2)分,护理安全为(95.8±2.8)分,护理操作为(94.8±1.1)分,病区管理为(92.1±3.8)分,病情观察为(94.3±1.4)分,护理措施落实为(93.6±1.7)分,健康教育为(94.0±1.5)分。层级管理组的护理质量与常规管理组的护理质量比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施层级管理后的护理满意度达到了98.4%,实施前护理满意度为89.2%,实施层级管理后的护理满意度与实施前比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理管理工作中实施层级管理制度具有很好的效果,可以有效地提高护理质量,而且护理满意度更高。
Objective To explore the effect of applying hierarchical management system in general surgical nursing management.Methods Thirty-two nurses in general surgery in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The routine management group was selected from January 2017 to January 2018 before hierarchical management was implemented,and the implementation was implemented from February 2018 to February 2019.After the level management system is the level management group,the quality of care of the two groups is observed and compared.Results The nursing document of the routine management group was(81.4±4.7)points,the nursing safety was(83.1±7.1)points,the nursing operation was(82.6±5.5)points,the ward management was(77.2±5.2)points,and the condition observation was(82.5±8.4)points,(80.5±7.2)points for implementation of nursing measures,(81.8±6.5)points for health education;(94.6±1.2)points for nursing document,and(95.8±2.8)points for nursing safety,nursing operation was(94.8±1.1)points,ward management was(92.1±3.8)points,disease observation was(94.3±1.4)points,nursing measures were implemented as(93.6±1.7)points,and health education was(94.0±1.5)points in the level management group.The quality of care in the hierarchical management group was significantly higher than that of the conventional management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction after the implementation of hierarchical management reached 98.4%,and the nursing satisfaction before the implementation was 89.2%.The nursing satisfaction after the implementation of the hierarchical management was significantly higher than that before the implementation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a hierarchical management system in general surgical nursing management has a good effect,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing and increase nursing satisfaction.
