基层职业卫生管理模式研究

摘要 目的探究基层职业卫生的管理模式。方法2019年5—10月期间在当地卫生健康局随机抽取100名职工进行调查,同时对100名职工进行职业卫生管理,以便了解基层的卫生管理模式。结果职业卫生管理实施前后明显差异,实施前,有50名职工(50.00%)了解工作岗位有害因素,有70名职工(70.00%)希望卫生部门进行环境监测,有72名职工(72.00%)希望进行健康体检,有45名职工(45.00%)愿意接受防护品,有55名职工(55.00%)接受岗前职业卫生培训,有30名职工(30.00%)了解急救措施,有35名职工(35.00%)愿意增加内部培训;实施后,有88名职工(88.00%)了解工作岗位有害因素,有92名职工(92.00%)希望卫生部门进行环境监测,有95名职工(95.00%)希望进行健康体检,有85名职工(85.00%)愿意接受防护品,有90名职工(90.00%)接受岗前职业卫生培训,有75名职工(75.00%)了解急救措施,有78名职工(78.00%)愿意增加内部培训。结论因此,对职工进行基层职业卫生管理可以明显提高工人对工作环境和自身健康的要求,在基层工作中是非常有必要的。 Objective Explore the management model of occupational health at the basic level.Methods From May to October 2019,100 employees were randomly selected from the local health bureau for investigation.At the same time,100 employees were subjected to occupational health management to understand the basic health management model.Results There were obvious differences before and after the implementation of occupational health management.Before the implementation,50 employees(50.00%)knew about the harmful factors of their jobs,70 employees(70.00%)wanted the health department to conduct environmental monitoring,and 72 employees(72.00%)wanted to do it.For physical examination,45 employees(45.00%)were willing to accept protective equipment,55 employees(55.00%)received pre-job occupational hygiene training,30 employees(30.00%)understood first aid measures,and 35 employees(35.00%)were willing to increase internal training;after the implementation,88 employees(88.00%)understood the harmful factors of their jobs,92 employees(92.00%)wanted environmental monitoring by the health department,and 95 employees(95.00%)wanted to undergo a health check.85 employees(85.00%)were willing to accept protective equipment,90 employees(90.00%)received pre-job occupational hygiene training,75 employees(75.00%)understood first aid measures,and 78 employees(78.00%)were willing to increase internal training.Conclusion Teherefore,the basic occupational health management of employees can significantly improve the workers'requirements for the working environment and their own health,which is very necessary in the basic work.
