摘要
目的探究系统化临床思维训练模式在ICU新护士培训中的临床应用效果。方法选取该院2019年7月—2020年1月56名ICU新护士作为研究对象,随机分配为了对照组和观察组,每组28名,其中对照使用常规带教模式教学,观察组则使用系统化临床思维训练模式,并对比两种不同护理教学方法的胜任力评分。结果观察组专业知识(23.67±3.25)分,专业技术(42.09±2.39)分,专业能力(12.04±1.96)分,心理素质(1.13±1.94)分,总分(78.89±4.17)分;而对照组胜任力评分分别为(20.76±2.45)分、(37.03±3.22)分、(9.65±2.14)分、(0.93±0.26)分、(68.11±5.01)分,两组ICU护士胜任力评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将系统化临床思维训练模式应用于ICU新护士的培训中可有效提升新护士专业素质,对提高ICU护理团队综合素质有积极作用。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of systematic clinical thinking training model in ICU training for new nurses.Methods A tatal of 56 new ICU nurses in the hospital from July 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They are randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group used a systematic clinical thinking training model and compared the competency scores of two different nursing teaching methods.Results The observation group had professional knowledge(23.67±3.25)points,professional skills(42.09±2.39)points,professional ability(12.04±1.96)points,psychological quality(1.13±1.94)points,total score(78.89±4.17)points;while the control group competency scores were(20.76±2.45)points,(37.03±3.22)points,(9.65±2.14)points,(0.93±0.26)points,(68.11±5.01)points of ICU nurses'competency scores were significantly different between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the systematic clinical thinking training model to the training of new nurses in ICU can effectively improve the professional quality of new nurses and has a positive effect on improving the overall quality of the ICU nursing team.
