摘要
基于423名知识型员工的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型,在社会学习理论研究框架下,以社会支持理论和个人-环境匹配理论为基础,探讨社会化媒体对知识整合的作用机制,并分析归属感对线上社会支持和线下社会支持的中介作用。研究表明:使用社会化媒体能够对两类社会支持产生正向影响,而社会支持通过两类个人-环境匹配因素显著影响个人的知识整合程度;归属感部分中介线上社会支持与线下社会支持的关系。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of 423 knowledge-type employees,under the social learning theory research framework,according to the theory of social support and person-environment fit theory as the foundation,this study uses the structural equation model to discuss the mechanism of social mediaaffecting on knowledge integration,and analyzes the mediating effect of the sense of belonging on online and offline social support.The results show that:making use of social media has a positive impact on the two types of social support,and social support significantly affects the degree of personal knowledge integration through the two types of person-environment fit factors;the sense of belonging partial mediates the relationship between online social support and offline social support.
