焚烧含盐废液锅炉的飞灰特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对焚烧不同成分含盐废液的锅炉飞灰进行特性研究,采用XRF、XRD等分析方法对灰样进行元素分析、组成分析、灰熔点分析和粒度分布分析。结果显示,含盐废液Ⅰ和含盐废液Ⅱ焚烧后生成Na_2CO_3,含盐废液Ⅲ焚烧后生成Na_4P_2O_7含盐废液Ⅳ焚烧后生成Na_2SO_4、CuSO_4和Fe_2(SO_4)_3。各灰样的DT、ST、HT和FT受含量最高盐的灰熔点影响,四种灰样的特征粒径D_(50)和D_(90)具有一致性,特征粒径D_(10)具有差异性。 The characteristics of ash produced by incinerating different components of salty waste liquid are studied,the element,composition,ash melting point and particle size distribution of the ash samples are analysed by using methods such as XRF,XRD.The results show that Na2CO3 is generated after incineration of the salty waste liquor Ⅰ and salt containing waste liquid Ⅱ,Na4 P2 O7 is generated after incineration of the salt containing waste liquid Ⅲ,Na2 SO4,CuSO4 and Fe2(SO4)3 are generated after incineration of salty waste liquor Ⅳ.DT,ST,HT and FT of the ash samples are affected by the ash melting point of the salt ash with the most component content,the characteristic particle sizes D50 and D90 of the four kinds of ash samples are consistent,the characteristic particle sizes D10 is different.
