摘要
为了实现对机务设备全生命周期的科学管理,促进设备安全运行,通过分析机务设备维护管理策略,设计1套基于EAM的机务设备维护管理系统,包括机务设备信息管理、库存动态管理、维修管理及质量分析等功能。按照故障维修、预防性维修和预见性维修几种可能模式,对铁路机务设备维护管理现状进行探讨,跟踪、管理机务设备的整个生命周期过程,并给出分析对策。
In order to achieve the scientific management of whole life cycle of locomotive facilities and promote safe operation of facilities, an EAM-based locomotive facility maintenance and management system is designed through the analysis of locomotive facility maintenance and management strategies. The system has multiple functions such as locomotive facility information management, dynamic inventory management, maintenance and repair management and quality analysis, etc. Based on several possible modes like failure maintenance,preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance, the status quo of maintenance and management of railway locomotive facilities is discussed, the entire life cycle of locomotive facilities tracked and managed, and the analyzing countermeasures are offered.
