摘要
深海潜器在近海底自航时存在着与海山、礁石等结构物发生碰撞的可能性,这种深海碰撞情况是潜器航行最危险的工况。本文基于非线性有限元程序LS-DYNA对深海碰撞过程进行数值模拟,分析碰撞过程结构损伤变形、碰撞载荷和能量变化情况,对剩余承载能力和结构失效模式进行分析。在此基础上,进一步探讨了撞击速度、静水压力、被撞物体的结构等撞击参数对于水下碰撞过程的影响,所得结果可以为潜器航行安全性提供参考。
There is a possibility of collision between a deepsea submersible and undersea structures such as seamounts and reefs when the submersible operates near the sea bottom.This kind of collision is the most dangerous condition for submarine navigation.Based on the nonlinear finite element program LS-DYNA,the deep-sea collision process was numerically simulated,the structural damage deformation,impact load and energy changes were analyzed,and the residual bearing capacity and structural failure mode were analyzed.On this basis,the impact parameters such as impact velocity,hydrostatic pressure,structure of the impacted object on the underwater collision process were further discussed.The results can provide reference for the navigation safety of deepsea equipment.
