摘要
为解决全尾砂膏体充填连续搅拌均匀性尚无统一评价方法的问题,在理论分析并总结大量工程实践的基础上,提出了以出料口料浆中团状结块质量分数作为评判指标的全尾砂膏体连续搅拌均匀性评价方法,并给出了不同料浆浓度以及不同结块粒径区段的评判标准。同时对这一新的评价方法进行了现场试验,并通过养护试块28 d的抗压强度平均值与离差系数对该评价方法进行了验证,结果表明,该评价方法科学合理,对全尾砂膏体充填料浆的特征具有适应性。
In order to solve the problem that there is no unified evaluation method for continuous mixing uniformity of the full tailings paste filling,an evaluation method for continuous mixing uniformity of full tailings paste with mass fraction of agglomerate in the slurry at outlet as evaluation index is proposed,which based on the theoretical analysis and summary of a large number of engineering practices.And evaluation criteria for different slurry concentration and different agglomerate size sections are given for this method.At the same time,the new evaluation method was tested in the field.And it was verified by the average value of compressive strength and deviation coefficient of 28 d curing test blocks.The results show that this method is scientific and reasonable,and it has adaptability to characteristics of full tailings paste filling slurry.
