摘要
针对高磷鲕状赤铁矿复杂的矿石性质以及嵌布粒度细等问题,详细介绍了目前常用的脱磷工艺,即常规浮选法脱磷、磁化焙烧脱磷、浸出脱磷和深度还原脱磷及其联合工艺脱磷,并对每个工艺流程的特点及适用性进行了分析,以期为具有不同连生关系及不同含磷脉石矿物的高磷鲕状赤铁矿的合理工艺流程选择提供参考依据。
Oolitic hematite is characterized by large reserves and complex structure.Introduces the present dephosphorization mineral process of high phosphorus hematite in detail,the conventional flotation method dephosphorization,magnetization roasting dephosphorization,leaching dephosphorization and deep reduction dephosphorization and their joint process,and the characteristics and applicability of each process are analyzed,so as to provide a reference for the reasonable technological process selection of high phosphorus oolitic hematite with different intergenesis relations and different phosphorus gangue minerals.
