摘要
三山岛金矿西山矿区采用主混合井、主斜坡道、进风井、辅助斜坡道进风,南、北两翼回风井回风的通风方式。随着矿区向深部开采,回风系统工程欠缺,总风量不足,通风效果较差,导致深部高温高湿热害日益凸显,作业环境条件更加恶劣。为优化三山岛金矿西山矿区通风系统,通过井下现场调研、机站优化设置、新增通风井巷工程和通风构筑物设置等措施,确定了三山岛金矿西山矿区多级机站通风技术优化方案。方案实施后,各水平风量合理分配,采掘工程按需通风,通风效果良好,井下作业环境得到明显改善。
Xishan mining area of Sanshandao Gold Mine adopts the ventilation method of main mixing shaft,main ramp,air inlet shaft,auxiliary ramp for air intake,and return air for the north and south wings.With the deep mining of the mining area,the return air system engineering is lacking,the total air volume is insufficient,and the ventilation effect is poor,resulting in increasingly prominent deep high temperature,high humidity and heat damage,and even worse working environment conditions.In order to optimize the ventilation system in Xishan mining area of Sanshandao Gold Mine,through underground site surveys,optimized setting of machine stations,newly-added ventilation shafts and tunnels,and the setting of ventilation structures,the optimization plan of multi-level machine station ventilation technology in Xishan mining area of Sanshandao Gold Mine was determined.After the implementation of the plan,the air volume at each level was reasonably distributed,and the mining engineering was ventilated on demand,the ventilation effect was good,and the underground working environment was significantly improved.
