摘要
对液压支架推移千斤顶的动作进行力学分析,得到液压支架移架速度的数学表达式及影响因素。应用AMESim软件建立液压系统模型,对液压支架移架速度的影响因素进行动态仿真分析。分析结果表明:在移架负载较小、泵站溢流阀未打开的情况下,系统处于恒流量状态,增大泵站的流量可以提高液压支架的移架速度;在移架负载较大、泵站溢流阀打开的情况下,系统处于压力流量动态过程,继续增大泵站的流量不会改变液压支架的移架速度和移架时间。
The mechanical analysis of the pushing operation of the hydraulic support to move the jack was carried out,and the mathematical expression and influencing factors of the moving speed of the hydraulic support were obtained.AMESim software was used to establish a hydraulic system model,and perform dynamic simulation analysis on the affecting factors of the moving speed of the hydraulic support.The analysis results show that the system is in a constant flow state when the load of the support frame is small and the overflow valve of the pump station is not opened,and increasing the flow of the pump station can increase the moving speed of the hydraulic support.In the case of a large transfer load and unclosed overflow valve of the pump station,the system is in a dynamic process of the pressure flow,and continuous increasing of the flow of the pump station will not change the moving speed and time of the hydraulic support.
