摘要
皮肤浅部真菌病简称癣,其流行广泛,在中国发病率较高。抗真菌类中药对皮肤浅部真菌病的致病菌抑制效果好,价格较西药便宜,对人体副反应小,耐药性低,资源也丰富。因此寻找抗真菌的中药成为了研究热点高通量测序技术可以了解中药干预前后真菌的基因变化情况,真菌关键基因产生突变的情况,可以为中药诊治皮肤癣菌病提供理论支持和新的研究方向。本文将就中药对皮肤浅部真菌病致病菌的抑制作用及作用机制、高通量测序在微生物领域中的应用及出现的问题与展望等方面进行阐述,为中药在临床诊疗皮肤浅部真菌病中提供理论依据。
Superficial dermatophytosis is referred to as tinea for short, its incidence is higher in China.antifungal Chinese medicines have a good inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria of superficial dermatophytosis.Compared with western medicines, they are cheaper, have fewer side effects on human body, lower drug resistance and abundant resources.Therefore, the search for antifungal Chinese medicine has become a research hotspot.High-throughput sequencing technology can be used to understand the genetic changes of fungi before and after TCM intervention, as well as the mutation of key genes of fungi, which can provide theoretical support and new research directions for the diagnosis and treatment of dermatophytosis by TCM.This article will discuss traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the skin of superficial fungal disease pathogens inhibition, the mechanism of bacteriostatic action of Traditional Chinese medicine, high-throughput sequencing application in the field of microbiology, and elaborates the problems and prospect, etc, for traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of superficial fungal skin disease.
