摘要
音乐治疗法是一种既古老又现代的交叉治疗方法,它和医学、音乐、心理学、教育学、社会学等有非常密切的关系,在临床试验中也证明了音乐疗法有着较强的实用性。本文从薄弱处着眼,重点探索音乐疗法对高校退休老年人身体健康水平干预的问题,重点指出了针对高校退休老年人常见焦虑抑郁、慢性疾病的音乐治疗策略。
Music therapy is a kind of ancient yet modern therapy,which is also an interdiscipline that closely related to medicine,music,psychology,pedagogy,sociology and other disciplines.It has been proved efficient in clinical trials.In China,the research in this field mainly focused on macro exploration,study on the correlation analysis between the treatment and specific groups of people and specific diseases is relatively scant.This paper intends to fill in the gap in this research field,focus on exploring the intervention of music therapy on the health condition of retired elderly people in c olleges and universities,and put forward coping strategies for the treatment of some common diseases such as anxiety,depression and other chronic diseases,hoping to provide reference for the practical application of music therapy.
