摘要
船舶在遇到极端情况时会出现纵倾和横倾状态,影响其推进轴系中径向轴承和推力轴承的润滑支撑动特性,进而影响推进轴系的振动特性。本文以某船舶推进轴系中的油润滑和水润滑径向轴承以及推力轴承为研究对象,针对其在横倾和纵倾情况下的润滑动特性进行计算研究和影响分析。计算结果表明:在工程计算中最少可以只计算2个纵倾角度下的推力轴承动特性参数,再线性外推出其他纵倾角度下的动特性参数;油润滑径向轴承表现为完全流体动力润滑状态,水润滑径向轴承勉强处于流体动力润滑状态;油槽或水槽会使润滑刚度、阻尼和轴心位置随横倾角发生不连续变化。
At extreme conditions,ship may appear longitudinal and transversal inclination,which could affect the dynamic lubrication characteristics of the journal bearings and thrust bearing,and further affect the vibration characteristics of the propulsion shafting.This paper took the oil and water lubricated journal bearings and the thrust bearing of one ships’propulsion shafting as the research objects,then calculated and analyzed their lubrication dynamic characteristics under the condition of longitudinal and transversal inclination.The calculated results showed that:the dynamic characteristic parameters of the thrust bearing can be calculated under at least two longitudinal inclination angles in engineering application,and the parameters under other angles could be obtained by linear extrapolation;The oil lubricated bearing was completely while the water lubricated bearing was reluctantly in the state of hydrodynamic lubrication;The oil or water grooves will affect the lubrication stiffness,damping and axis position changing discontinuously with transversal inclination angles.
