五阳矿区煤层气井开发效果分析

摘要 煤层气地面开发作为煤层气开发的一种主要方式,煤层气井的产气效果至关重要。以五阳矿区煤层气井的开发为例,系统分析了不同压裂方式、压裂工艺和加砂方式下煤层气井的产气效果。结果表明,活性水、液氮伴注、氮气泡沫、胍胶4种压裂方式中,活性水压裂煤层气井产气效果最好;同步压裂与单独压裂相比,同步压裂有助于改善煤层整体渗透率,增透效果更好;二次加砂和段塞加砂与普通加砂相比,支撑距离远、铺砂浓度高,增加了人工裂缝,为煤层气的产出提供了通道;段塞加砂方式在3种加砂方式中效果最好。该研究为后续煤层气井的建设指明了方向。 As one of the main ways of coalbed methane development,the gas production effect of coalbed methane wells is crucial.The development of coalbed methane wells in Wuyang mine area was taken as an example,the gas production effect of coalbed methane wells under different fracturing methods,fracturing process and sand addition method was systematically analyzed.The results showed that among the four fracturing methods,active water,liquid nitrogen injection,nitrogen foam and guanidine gel,active water fracturing had the best gas production effect in CBM wells;compared with individual fracturing,synchronous fracturing improved the overall permeability of the coal seam and had a better effect on increasing permeability;compared with ordinary sand addition,secondary sand addition and segmental plug sand addition had a long support distance and high sand laying concentration,which increased artificial fractures and provided a channel for CBM production.The segment plug sand addition method had the best effect among the three sand addition methods.This study showed the direction for the construction of subsequent CBM wells.
