摘要
对于同类型超临界机组基建安装方面必须要对其安装质量进行控制,保证瓦片的标高、密封瓦片和有隙要合格,不能影响到机组运行的稳定性和安全性,这些都是在安装期间注意的问题。机组安全的难题一直是比较难以解决的,通过对标高、间隙、配重的调整都是可以将此类问题解决的,让机组轴系震动保持良好的运行水准,然后根据新投产机组轴系问题对其跟踪分析其原因,将问题一一解决如,发电机六瓦标高低、密封套磨损、集中电环副下开口小、环转子刚性差等相关问题。
For the same type of supercritical units,the installation quality must be controlled to ensure that the elevation,sealing pad and clearance of the tiles are qualifi ed.In order to avoid the vibration caused by the shafting operation and not affect the stability and safety of the unit operation,these are the problems that should be paid attention to during the installation.The problem of unit safety has always been diffi cult to solve.Such problems can be solved by adjusting the elevation,clearance and counterweight,so that the vibration of the unit shafting can be maintained at a good operating level.Then,according to the shafting problems of the newly put into operation units,the causes are tracked and analyzed,and the problems are solved one by one,such as the low elevation of generator six bearing,wear of sealing sleeve,and downward opening of centralized electric ring pair Small mouth,poor rigidity of ring rotor and other related problems.
