摘要
天然酯绝缘油在生产、运输、存储和使用过程中不可避免地会将水分带入其中,明确初始含水量对天然酯绝缘油在变压器工作中的影响特性,是提高其安全运行可靠性的一种重要措施。文章分析了在经过热稳定性和电击稳定性测试后初始含水量对天然酯绝缘油各项指标影响的变化规律。结果表明:热稳定性测试中初始含水量>150 mg/kg时,油介损指标上升明显,>250 mg/kg时,绝缘油酸值明显升高,超过300 mg/kg时,各项电气性能和化学性能均出现明显的下降;在电击稳定性测试中初始含水量>200 mg/kg时,各项化学性能和电气性能均出现显著下降;在经过热稳定性测试和电击稳定性测试后,当含水量为100 mg/kg时,天然酯绝缘油本身的红外官能团并未出现明显变化;随着初始含水量越高,释放的C2H2、C2H6、CO2等气体增加量越高。
Natural ester insulating oil will inevitably bring moisture into the oil in the process of production,transportation,storage and use.It is an important measure to clarify the influence of initial water content on natural ester insulating oil in transformer operation to improve its safe operation reliability.In this paper,the influence of initial water content on various indexes of natural ester insulating oil after thermal stability and electric shock stability test is analyzed.The changes of various indexes of natural ester insulating oil with initial moisture content after thermal and electrical stability tests are analyzed.The results show that the dielectric loss index of oil increases obviously when the initial water content exceeds 150 mg/kg in thermal stability test.The acid value index of oil increases obviously when the initial water content exceeds 250 mg/kg and the electrical and chemical properties decrease obviously when the initial water content exceeds 300 mg/kg.When the initial moisture content exceeds 200 mg/kg in the electrical shock stability test,the chemical and electrical properties decrease significantly.With water content of 100 mg/kg,the functional group of natural ester insulating oil remained unchanged after being thermally and electronically tested.The released gases of C2H2,C2H6,CO2 were increased with higher water content.
