基于遗传光学算法的镜片加工车间布局优化 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高镜片加工车间生产效率,降低成本,对设备布局优化问题进行研究。以最小化镜片车间设备间物流搬运费用和设备包络面积为优化目标,构建了多行设备布局优化模型,并开发了一种遗传光学算法来求解模型。在算法设计中,通过连续编码、部分优先权解码的策略,将光学算法取代遗传算法中变异算子,改进了遗传算法容易陷入局部最优的缺点。结果表明,光学遗传算法的求解质量高于遗传算法和自适应遗传算法,能比遗传算法结果节约搬运成本10%;表明文中方法能够解决镜片车间设备布局的问题。 In order to increase the production efficiency and decrease cost of lense jobshop,the facility layout optimization problem is studied.The multi-line facility layout model is developed to optimize material handling cost and work area.A genetic optic algorithm is designed to solve this model.In the algorithm design,by The strategy of continuous encoding and partial priority decoding,mutation operator of genetic algorithm is replaced by the optic inspired algorithm to remedy the slow convergence of genetic algorithm.The results show that the solution quality better than genetic algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm.It can be saved 10%material handling cost than genetic algorithm.It is conclude that the proposed method can solve the facility layout of lenses jobshop.
