协同育人视域下易班平台多维共生系统构建研究

摘要 易班平台是新媒体新技术环境下高校思政工作发展的主旋律、主阵地,更是推动高校思政工作形式不断创新的重要载体。基于易班使用满意度和粘度的调研来厘清“共生单元、共生模式、共生环境”的实践维度,提出“一翼九支”易班多维共生系统的实现策略,以提升易班平台多维共生系统建设能力,从而加强“十大育人”体系的可持续性创新。 The E-Class platform is not only the main battlefield for the development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new media and new technology environment,but also the important carrier in promoting the innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Based on the investigation of the use satisfaction and viscosity of E-Class and the clarification of the practical dimensions of“symbiosis unit,symbiosis mode and symbiosis environment”,the implementation strategy of E-Class multi-dimensional symbiosis system of“one wing and nine branches”is proposed,to enhance the ability of multi-dimensional symbiosis system construction of E-Class platform and strengthen the sustainable innovation of the system of“ten education approaches”.
