摘要
以某2.5 MW风电齿轮箱为研究对象,建立动力学仿真模型,对齿轮箱在高速级齿轮啮合激励下的振动响应进行分析。通过改变齿轮修形参数、齿轮宏观参数、齿轮和箱体结构,提出减小齿轮箱振动的优化方案。优化方案经试验验证有效,可以作为解决类似振动问题的参考。
Taking a 2.5 MW wind power gearbox as the research object,a dynamic simulation model was established to analyze the vibration response of the gearbox under high speed gear meshing excitation.By changing gear modification parameter,gear macro parameter,gear and gearbox structure,an optimization plan to reduce gear box vibration was proposed.The optimized scheme was validated by experiments.It can be used as a reference for solving similar vibration problems.
