远程教育教师培训模式构建——以国家开放大学辅导教师培训为例

摘要 远程教育教师在建设学习型社会中发挥着重要的作用,必须更多地关注远程教育教师的专业发展。本研究结合远程教育教师的特点,从培训工作中的实际问题着手,借助SECI模型,凝练出适用于国开办学体系的远程教育教师培训模式。该模式强调教师共同体的建立、培训模式多样化、学员互动交流及体验、知识迁移。该文以远程教育辅导教师为例,从社会化阶段、外显化阶段、组合化阶段、内化阶段呈现了该模式的应用。 Teachers in distance education play an important role in building a learning society,and more attention must be paid to the professional development of teachers in distance education.This research combines the characteristics of teachers in distance education,starts from the practical problems in training work,and uses the SECI model to condense the distance education teacher training model suitable for the OUC’s organization system.This model emphasizes the establishment of a teacher community,diversification of training models,learners’interaction and experience,and knowledge transfer.This article takes distance education tutors as an example,and presents the application of this model from the stage of socialization,externalization,combination,and internalization.
