摘要
某常减压蒸馏装置减压炉进料弯头发生泄漏,通过渗透检测、壁厚检测、化学成分分析、拉伸性能测试、金相检验、硬度检测、能谱分析和晶间腐蚀试验等方法对弯头泄漏原因进行了分析,结果表明:该304不锈钢弯头碳含量偏高,且由于弯头未经过有效的固溶处理,导致材料硬度不均匀,力学性能较差,存在严重的材料敏化现象。弯头在内部高温高硫和外部盐雾环境的共同作用下,发生了晶间应力腐蚀开裂。通过弯头泄漏原因分析,提出了相应的建议措施。
Feed elbow leakage in vacuum furnace of an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was studied by means of penetrant testing,wall thickness detection,chemical composition analysis,tensile property test,metallographic examination,hardness test,energy spectrum analysis and intergranular corrosion test.The findings showed that carbon content of 304 stainless steel elbow was high,and elbow was not properly treated by solution treatment which leads to uneven hardness,poor mechanical properties and serious material sensitization.Intergranular stress corrosion cracking occurred in elbow under combined action of high temperature and high sulfur and salt fog.Feasible approaches were implemented accordingly.
