摘要
采用还原系染料妖姬蓝对锦纶纱线进行浸染染色,以染后纱线的K/S值作为评价指标,对染料用量、组合碱用量、还原剂RSD用量、染色时间和染色温度进行单因素实验分析。结果表明:在染料8%(omf)、组合碱18 g/L、还原剂RSD 10 g/L、染色时间20 min、染色温度55℃的条件下,染色锦纶纱线的表观色深值最高,并且具有较好的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度和耐日晒色牢度;妖姬蓝染料用量在8%(omf)内时,在锦纶上有较好的提升力。
Nylon yarn was dyed with vat Demon Blue.The K/S value of dyed yarn was used as the evaluation,and the single-factor experiments were conducted on the dosage of dye,combined alkali and reducing agent RSD,dyeing time and dyeing temperature.The results indicated that under the conditions of dye 8%(omf),combined alkali 18 g/L,reducing agent RSD 10 g/L,dyeing time 20 min and dyeing temperature 55℃,the apparent color depth of dyed nylon yarn was the highest,and it had good color fastness to soaping,rubbing and light.Vat Demon Blue had a good lifting force on nylon yarn when the dosage of dye was 8%(omf).
