摘要
金属(0Cr18Ni9)八角垫片是压力容器和管道连接中常用的密封元件,而压力容器与管道的密封一般是利用垫片的压缩回弹特性来实现的,因此,对金属垫片的压缩回弹特性进行研究很有必要。通过ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对垫片的压缩回弹过程进行模拟,得到常温下垫片在厚度方向的压缩量与垫片应力的数据,绘制出垫片的压缩回弹曲线图。根据图表显示,在压缩阶段,垫片压缩量与垫片应力呈线性关系;在回弹阶段,两者之间呈非线性关系。
Metal(0Cr18Ni9)octagonal gasket is a commonly used sealing element in the connection of pressure vessel and pipeline,and the sealing of pressure vessel and pipeline is generally realized by the compression springback characteristic of gasket.Therefore,it is necessary to study the compression springback characteristic of metal gasket.The compression springback process of the gasket was simulated by ANSYS Workbench finite element software,and the compression amount and gasket stress of the gasket in the direction of thickNess were obtained at room temperature,and the compression springback curve of the gasket was drawn.According to the chart,there was a linear relationship between gasket compression and gasket stress in the compression stage.In the springback stage,the relationship between the two was nonlinear.
