摘要
对研究南美白对虾、鳕鱼、草鱼肌肉中五氯苯酚及其钠盐残留量气相色谱检测方法,样品中的五氯酚钠,在酸性的条件下转化为五氯苯酚,用正己烷萃取,再用碳酸钾溶液反萃取,萃取物以乙酸酐衍生,生成衍生物五氯苯酚乙酸酯,再用正己烷萃取,用气相色谱(配备电子捕获检测器)测定,外标法定量。在0.5~100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.99996。本方法最低检测限为0.7μg/kg。加标水平为2.0、5.0、10.0μg/kg时加标回收率为82.5%~92.3%之间。
A method for the determination of pentachlorophenol and its sodium salt residues in the muscles of Penaeus vannamei,COD and grass carp by gas chromatography was studied.The sodium pentachlorophenol in the samples was converted into pentachlorophenol under acidic conditions,extracted with n-hexane,and back extracted with potassium carbonate solution.The extract was derived from acetic anhydride to form a derivative,pentachlorophenol acetate,and then extracted with n-hexane.It was determined by gas chromatography(equipped with electron capture detector)and quantified by external standard method.The linear range was 0.5~100μg/L,and the correlation coefficient was 0.99996.The detection limit was 0.7μg/kg.When the spiked levels were 2.0,5.0 and 10.0μg/kg,the recoveries were 82.5%~92.3%.
