胫骨远端关节外骨折微创手术治疗的进展 被引量:6

摘要 胫骨远端关节外骨折是胫骨创伤中的常见类型,传统治疗方法可能引发多种不良后果。因此,临床医师逐渐将治疗重点集中于保护断端血运及周围软组织、减少相关手术并发症、加快患者康复以及提高膝踝关节功能等方面,寻求利用微创手术治疗胫骨远端骨折。随着理念的进步和临床实践的进展,微创经皮钢板内固定、髓内钉以及新型微创外固定等技术逐步成为治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的最佳选择。希望未来通过对各种微创手术治疗方法及优缺点的分析,可以更好地指导临床应用。 Distal tibial extracarticular fracture is a common type of tibial trauma,and traditional treatment may cause a variety of adverse consequences.The clinicians began to gradually focus on the protection of blood supply and surrounding soft tissues at the broken end,reduction of related surgical complications,acceleration of patients′recovery and improvement of knee and ankle function,seeking minimally invasive surgery.Minimally invasive percutaneous plate,intramedullary nail and the new type of minimally invasive external fixation came into being with the progress of ideas and clinical practice,and has gradually become the best choice for the treatment of distal external articular fractures of the tibia.It′s hoped through the analysis of several minimally invasive surgical methods and their advantages and disadvantage,a better guiding of the clinical application can be achieved.
