摘要
目的:观察八段锦运动疗法对慢性肾脏病3~5期非透析患者生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法,将符合标准的66例慢性肾脏病3~5期非透析患者随机分为运动组和对照组,每组各33例,对照组除常规治疗外,不采取任何干预措施,运动组在常规治疗基础上,予6个月的八段锦运动疗法干预。采用慢性肾衰竭生命质量量表(QLICD-CRF2.0)评估患者的生命质量情况,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者心理状态。结果:与治疗前相比,运动组在3个月及6个月后QLICD-CRF2.0评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均有改善(P<0.05),且6个月后比3个月后改善更明显(P<0.05);对照组在6个月后QLICD-CRF2.0评分有改善(P<0.05),而SAS评分及SDS评分与治疗前相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。6个月后,运动组在改善QLICD-CRF2.0评分、SAS评分、SDS评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦运动疗法对改善慢性肾脏病3-5期非透析患者生活质量及焦虑抑郁状态有帮助。
Objective:To observe the effect of Baduanjin exercise therapy on the quality of life and mental state of patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3~5 on non-dialysis.Method:Using the random number table method,66 patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 to 5 non-dialysis patients who meet the criteria were randomly divided into exercise group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group did not take any intervention except conventional treatment.Measures,exercise group on the basis of conventional treatment,6 months of Baduanjin exercise therapy intervention.The chronic renal failure quality of life scale(QLICD-CRF2.0)was used to assess the patient’s quality of life,and the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)were used to assess the patient’s mental state.Results:Compared with before treatment,the QLICD-CRF2.0 score,SAS score and SDS score of the exercise group improved after 3 and 6 months(P<0.05),and after 6 months,compared with 3 months later The improvement was more obvious(P<0.05);the QLICD-CRF2.0 score of the control group improved after 6 months(P<0.05),while the SAS score and SDS score were not statistically different from before treatment(P>0.05).After 6 months,the exercise group was better than the control group in improving QLICD-CRF2.0 score,SAS score,and SDS score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin exercise therapy is helpful for improving the quality of life and anxiety and depression of chronic kidney disease 3-5 non-dialysis patients.
